Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kepuncak Academy, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent learning experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be granted.

1. Course Cancellation by Kepuncak Academy

If a course is cancelled or postponed by Kepuncak Academy due to unforeseen circumstances,
participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer of fees to a future programme

2. Participant Cancellation

  •  Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or official form).
  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full
    refund, minus any administrative fees.
  • Cancellations made within 7–13 days before the course start date will be eligible for
    a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course
    start date or for non-attendance.

3. Substitution of Participants

If you are unable to attend a course, you may nominate a substitute participant from the same organisation at no additional cost, provided the request is made before the course begins.

4. Online Courses and Digital Products

Refunds are not available for online programmes, digital resources, or materials once access has been granted, except in cases of technical error or service disruption caused by Kepuncak Academy.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days using the original method of payment.
